Abstract
Research on this development aims to develop learning media used by the teacher in to Microsoft Office PowerPoint-based learning in the History of Puja in Class Buddhism in State 21 Junior High School Pesawaran.
The development steps taken are based on level 3 development steps according to chey And Clients who are developing the existing product. The analysis technique uses descriptive percentages and uses one group pretest-posttest to see the influence of the media students' values before using the media and after using the media. Quantitative data m product assessments that have been developed product trials were analyzed by descriptive percentage. This data analysis technique is used to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. That is a product tes assessment that has been tested to material experts, Buddhist religious education teachers and media experts.
The results of the study were to determine the feasibility of the products produced d to see the influence of the media on students' values before using the media and after ing the media. From the feasibility of learning media products based on Microsoft Office wer Point grade VIII at Pesawaran 21st Junior high School. The results of the validation of material experts received an average sc re of 3.7 with a total score of 147th a percentage of 74%, the results of the validation of the Buddhist education teacher or an average of 3.95 a total score of 164 percentages of 79% and the results of the validation of media experts get an average score o1 4.025, a total score of 163 with a 1 percentage of 80.5%. The media as a whole has pass d the validation test, the assessment ven is in the "good" category. Thus the media is feasible for field trials.
Field trials were carried out for 9 grade VIII students at SMP 21 Pesawaran. The researcher uses Paired Sample T-Test, with the result of field trials based on the output it is known that the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.00 <0.05 it can be concluded that there is a difference between the average value before using the media and the average value after using the media. meaning that there is an influence of e use of learning media to improve student learning outcomes.
