Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (Lkpd) Berbasis Drill Methods Pada Materi Berdana

Students can be interpreted as students so that in facilitating good communication in learning takes place, they can form self-confidence. But at this time the confidence has not been realized properly. Based on observations that have been made by researchers, there are self problems, 32% on the aspect of openness, 7% on the aspect of empathy, 9% on the aspect of support, 26% on the aspect of positive feeling. The objectives of the study, 1) To determine the effect of self-confidence on interpersonal communication of SDN students throughout the District of Negerikaton Pesawaran, 2) to determine how much influence self-confidence has on interpersonal communication of SDN students throughout the District of Negerikaton Pesawaran. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a survey method. The population in this study amounted to 35 respondents, so the sample was taken using a saturated sample. The research was conducted in public elementary schools throughout the District of Negerikaton, Pesawaran Regency with the respondents being Buddhist students in even semesters. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of self-confidence on students' interpersonal communication. Hypothesis testing is to reject HO if tcount > ttebel and vice versa. For the t distribution used dk= (n-2) and a = 0.05. Based on data analysis, it was obtained that tcount = 3.736 while ttable with n = 35 and a = 0.05 was obtained 0.396. then it can be seen that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that there is an influence of confidence on interpersonal communication of SDN students throughout the Negerikaton District, Pesawaran Regency for the 2021/2020 academic Year.
