Abstract

Learning Buddhist Bodhisattva SMA class X is still less active, because students there are streets, disrupt and taunt your friends and lack of cooperation between the students and other students so as to make the classroom atmosphere becomes conducive. To overcome these problems do classroom action research that aims to improve the learning process. Improvement of this learning method Team Accelerated Instruction which is expected to improve learning outcomes.
According to Slavin Team Accelerated Instruction learning method is a mutually cooperative learning gives impetus to advance each responsible group. Sudjana learning outcomes according to the capabilities of the student after he received a learning experience.Learning Outcomes goals Provide information that can be used to determine the ability of students, assign difficulties and remedial activities (repair).
This research is a classroom action research carried out in three cycles and consists of six sessions. The subjects were students of class X SMA Bodhisattva academic year 2014/2015 which amounted to 14 students. The date collected in the form of date values students (pre-action and evaluation), observations and interviews. Date collected by using the matter, sheets of observations, interviews, and documentation.
The research proves that the application of learning methods Team Accelerated Instruction can improve student learning outcomes in the eyes of the Buddha's lesson Religious Education class X SMA Bodhisattva. The yield increases seen in the implementation of the first cycle, which reached 57.7% and the learning outcomes of the second cycle to 78.5%, increase in learning outcomes that occur in the first cycle and the second cycle of 20.8%. Increase in the second cycle of the third cycle of 21.5%.Mastery learning outcomes third cycle of 100%.
Based on the results of this study concluded that the results of class X student SMA Bodhisattva can be improved through the application of learning methods Team Accelerated Instruction. Team Accelerated Instruction learning method can also be applied by teachers to optimize student learning outcomes.
