Pengaruh Zoom Meeting Sebagai Media Belajar Online Terhadap Motivasi Mahasiswa STIAB Jinarakkhita Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the zoom meeting as an online
meeting to learning motivation of STIAB Jinarakkhita students during the covid-
19 pandemic and to measure the score of influence the zoom meeting as an online learning medium to students’ learning motivation of STIAB Jinarakkhita students during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study was a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were students of STIAB Jinarakkhita Class XV, XVI and XVII, totaling 87 students. The instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is an effect of zoom meeting as an online learning medium to the learning motivation of STIAB Jinarakkhita students during the covid-19 pandemic. The effect is 74.7%, which means it is in the high category. Meanwhile, 25.3% of students’ learning motivation is influenced by external factors from the regression equation.
