Abstract
Using a lecture and question & answer perceived lack achieve maximum results, it is because the implementation of learning is dominated by the teacher. Classroom so that students are less active. Less active in the learning process may influence the success students so unsatisfactory achievement obtained.
Cooperative Learning Student Teams Achievement Division is teamwork to achieve.In Cooperative Learning Student Teams Achievement Division,the students were divided into five groups of diverse abilities, gender, and tribe. Achievements in teaching and learning is an acquired under an objective of the Basic Competence can be achieved ".
The research method is a procedure for how the research is conducted ".The research method used in this study is causal - comparative. Because here the researchers wanted to determine the model of learning, namely learning model Cooperative Student Teams Achievement Division whether the effect on student achievement.
Criteria for testing the hypothesis Ho is rejected if t count> t table and vice versa. For the t distribution used to have dk = (n-2) and α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of data obtained t value = 3.309, while the t table with n =30 and a = 0.05 obtained value 1.701.
Based on the research and discussion about the effect of the application of the Cooperative Student Teams Achievement Division on student achievement sixth grade elementary school lesson Bodhisattva Bandar Lampung in 2011 - 2012,there is the influence of the application of the Cooperative Student Teams Achievement Division on student achievement with the results of hypothesis testing through simple linear test statistics obtained value t = 3.309, t table with n = 30 and α = 0.05 obtained value 3.309. The result meant t count> t table is 3.309> 1.701, and thus HO is rejected and H1 accepted.
