Abstract

The research objectives in this research to develop student worksheets based on problem-based learning. In the History Material of Buddhist religious education subjects, even semester VIII students at SMP Bodhisattva Bandar Lampung, then to determine the feasibility of problem-based learning student worksheets that have been created to support the learning process. Student worksheets are printed teaching materials that are packaged in such a way that they contain material, summaries, and instructions for carrying out tasks that must be done by students so that students can learn independently. Problem based learning is a learning model that is oriented towards problems related to life around. Problem based learning model directs students to think critically and rationally how to solve existing problems with the learning material presented. So that the learning model can be applied in student worksheets on the history of puja material. The method used in this research is research and development or research and development (R and D). This method was chosen because it is oriented towards developing existing products or creating new products with systematic development steps, while the steps used in this study consist of 6 steps, namely analyzing potential and problems, studying literature and gathering information, product design, product validation, product revision and final product. The subjects in this study were Buddhist class VIII students of the Bodhisattva Middle School in Bandar Lampung, totaling 19 students. The data collection technique in this study used observation and to validate the product using a product validation sheet. Based on the data analysis, the value of the validation of the media expert was 88.8% with the qualification "very feasible" and the value of the material expert validation was 87% with very decent qualifications. The results of the data analysis resulted in the decision that the student worksheet based on problem-based learning on the material of puja history in the even semester of Buddhist religious education subjects at Bodhisattva Middle School was very feasible to be applied in Buddhist religious education learning at Bodhisatva Junior High School in Bandar Lampung.
