Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the education of characters reviewed from Samma Vacca with a type of phenomenological study approach to be used as a guideline in the exercise of character education values and Samma Vacca. Researchers take this research because researchers find problems that occur in students related to character education and Samma Vacca. With this, researchers are interested to take research on character education and Samma Vacca with the hope that this research can be used as a guideline in the exercise of character education values and Samma Vacca.
The Methodology used in this study is a qualitative method of using a phenomenological study approach. In this study there is a step to be done i.e. register an informant answer, test each answer, group from the answer of all informants, validate each answer, describe the experience of each informant, as well as Textural joining. Description and Structural Description from the experience of every research informant.
The result of this study is that students have the value friendly or communicative characters and a love of peace that is not good is demonstrated from the attitude of students in associating the campus is still using unkind speech. Although it is pronounced to fill the empty time, joking and just a conversation interlude but the pronunciation of the language used is not good. Because the speech can cause others to hurt, and cause quarrels friendly relationships can be interrupted and lack of security and comfort. Nevertheless, students of Jinarakkhita High School of Buddhism in Lampung have the courtesy, greet and give greeting when meeting lecturers, treat the lecturers well and are respectful to lecturers while on the campus.
