Abstract
The problems experienced by learners, mostly encountered many students who lack motivation in following the learning process that looks at the frequency of going to class late, often daydreaming, quickly feels saturated in the following subjects, lack of attention to the lessons and chat with friends sebangkunya when the clock lesson. The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes of students of class III to class V on education subjects in elementary Bodhisattva Buddhism Bandar Lampung.
Motivation to learn can arise due to intrinsic factors, such as desires and wishes success and encouragement of learning needs in hopes of ideals. While extrinsic factors is the existence of the award, a conducive learning environment, and engaging learning activities. Learning outcomes are the abilities of the students after he received a learning experience.
This research is quantitative descriptive. Analysis of the data used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Population in this research is class III to class V on the subjects of religious education in elementary bodhisattvas as many as 87 students.The number of respondents who used the test instrument in this study as many as 11 students. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires, validity and reliability tests were performed with SPSS, followed by simple regression analysis with a significance level of analytical results set at 5%.
The results based on the calculation of the data obtained via the SPSS 16.0 r-square value of 0.600 with a significance level of 0.000,which means there is significant influence learning motivation on learning outcomes in class III to class V in subjects in elementary education Buddhist Bodhisattva. Bessarnya motivation to learn that affect student learning outcomes of class III to class V on the subjects of religious education in elementary Bodhisattva Buddha at 60.0%, while 40.0% are influenced by other factors so the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
Based on the above results can be concluded that there is significant influence learning motivation on learning outcomes of students of class III to class V on education subjects in elementary Bodhisattva Buddhism Bandar Lampung. Researchers gave advice to teachers and parents can play an active role in helping improve children's motivation to learn and control the activities of children's learning at school and at home.
