Abstract
Learning is a process of interaction between teachers and students. Teachers are the mos important components to realize a goal of learning. Problems that occur when learning take place, namely, some students late to school, no homework, chatting with friends when the earning process. The purpose of this study is to provide a picture of problem solving to stud ints who have the character or nature of the less well in SD Bodhisattva Bandar Lampung.
Personal competence is kemamapuan personality mantab, stable, mature, wise and auth Yritative, become role models for students, and noble. Behavior of a teacher is also a sour le of role models for students, therefore a preformance teacher should behave in accidance with the regulations prevailing in the society .. character is character, character, character or personality are formed from the internalisation of the various policies that are believed and used as foundation for perspective, think, behave and act.
This study includes research is quantitative descriptive data processing techniques based on the results of the deployment instrument. Tools to collect data in the form of a que ionnaire. The number of respondents as many as 35 students in elementary Bodhisattva. The neasures used to test the effect of using simple linear regression by using SPSS 16.
Based on the research results, personal competence education teacher of Buddhist influence on the character of the students, the authors propose the following suggestions: 1) as a teacher should have a good character that can be emulated by learners 2) of the results of this student can be a reference to enable research conducted further in order to obtain a higher capacity
