Pengaruh Pendidikan Nilai-nilai Kemanusiaan Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa SMP Padmajaya Palembang

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much influence the education of human values on student learning discipline. This research was conducted at Padmajaya Junior High School in Palembang. The problem that occurs in students is that there are still students who do not obey school rules, arrive late, make noise when attending humanitarian education, are less able to motivate themselves, and lack confidence in students.
The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach and field research design. The research subjects were students of Padmajaya Junior High School Palembang grade VII and VIII which amounted to 51 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis approach.
Based on data analysis of educational variables, human values and disciplinary variables of learning. The test results and simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 15,870 + 0,826. RSquare value of 0.560 is obtained with a significant level of 0.05, so Ho's hypothesis is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant influence of humanitarian values education on the discipline of junior high school students' learning by 56%, while 44% is influenced by other factors beyond this research.
