Triangulation of data sources is the collection of data from various different sources using the same method. In this study, there are several steps that must be implemented including determining the primary direct meaning, determining the theme, and clarifying the symbolic meanings in the text. In addition to the steps in research, there are also data analysis techniques which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation as well as decision making, and verification. The result of this research is that there are ways to improve emotional intelligence by developing the right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration contained in the Hasta Arya Magga/ Noble Eightfold Path.
